A. We accept payment via Paypal. For customers who do not have a Paypal account, one will need to be set up in order to complete your check-out. This can be done at point of purchase.
Q. How do I wash my petticoat or nightgown?
A. All care instructions for your petticoat or nightgown can be found on the Shop page alongside the item. To restore volume to your petticoat, iron-out any pleats that more form on the ruffle hems before wearing.
Q. What size will fit me?
A. For UK sizes: Small (8-10), Medium (12-14), Large (16-18), XL (20-22), XXL (24-26). Please do not hesitate to email us at houseofolivier@live.co.uk if you require help in choosing your size.

Q. Can I return or exchange my purchase?
A. We will happily accept returns and exchanges provided they are returned unworn within 14 days of delivery. Products will remain your responsibility until we receive them. When we have received the product, we will refund you the original payment via Paypal. Please allow 14 days for this process to be completed.
Sale items are exchangeable only. Custom orders are non-refundable.
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. All our petticoats are made to order and items are usually dispatched within 7 working days. Delivery times vary depending on destination. During the festive season delivery may take longer.
Q. How much is the shipping?
A. Shipping costs vary depending on destination and size of your order. Check-out will automatically update your shipping costs.
